RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are confident that you will absolutely love your new THE WRAPPED WRIST jewelry you purchased! We have extreme confidence in the quality of the pieces we create and want you to share that confidence. If there are any issues with your order in regards to quality please reach out to us within 14 business days of receiving your order. NOTE: Custom pieces cannot be returned.

If something doesn't fit right and you would like to exchange for a different size then please send us a message within 14 business days of receiving your order. The piece you wish to exchange must be in the condition you received it in - we will not exchange damaged items. 

There is a restocking fee for exchanges and the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
